With its highly desired Spruce and Sapele wood combo and auditorium shape, a mighty sound this guitar make. The T407 is 40 inches long (full sized) ideal for younger ones and/or adults. It’s crafted with a beautiful selected combination of materials, a Spruce top, Sapele back and sides with a Mahogany neck and Rosewood fingerboard giving this guitar its warm, barky and balanced tone. The T407 acoustic also has a beautiful auditorium and Venetian cutaway design with 43mm neck (at nut) adding to its beginner friendly nature (easier to wrap inexperienced or smaller hand around the neck). Along with strong tuning machines and a truss-rod running threw the neck, The T407 has all the signs of a quality, lasting build.

Delivery Service:
We proudly use Sendle couriers for our guitar parcel deliveries. Sendle is an Australia wide respected courier service known for their fast delivery times, careful handling and low prices. For our smaller items, Australia post mailing service will be used instead.
Delivery Times:
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require a longer delivery time. But often the case, usually if you live within the north-east QLD area, you can get your package within 1 – 2 business days.
Tracking:
If tracking is included for your item, once you have provided us with your email and finalised your payment, an email with your tracking number will be sent out to you. Please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Note, tracking can sometimes be unavailable until 24 hours after dispatch.
Express:
If you would like to use express delivery, we can provide just so. During checkout you will see an express delivery option, just select and go!
Damages:
In the very rare case your item has been damaged during delivery, we request you to immediately take pictures of damaged area and the damaged box and send them to our email address at: PintagoGuitarsAndGear@gmail.com with your purchase receipt and tracking number. Once damages have been disputed and compensated with the courier you may send your item back, free of charge, and have and new one sent at no extra cost.
Packaging:
Your guitars and gear will packed snugly and securely, wrapped in plastics, bubble wrappings and in the soft case that your guitar most likely comes with. Along with a thick guitar box all protected and secured with tape and fragile stickers for extra assurance
Payment Options:
Instant payments such as, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Bank Transfers can be accepted. Your item will not be dispatched and/or held until full payment has been processed. We also offer an Afterpay option that is a series of payments over period time. We do not accept cash, cash on delivery or cheque payment types.
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. A return request sent to PintagoGuitarsAndGear@gmail.com must be made with the reasons for why you would like to return the item along with your item receipt. Once reviewed you may send your item back at your own cost. Items must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you purchased it in. A refund or replacement item will be processed on return back to our facility once reviewed.
