Delivery Service:
We proudly use Sendle couriers for our guitar parcel deliveries. Sendle is an Australia wide respected courier service known for their fast delivery times, careful handling and low prices. For our smaller items, Australia post mailing service will be used instead.
 
Delivery Times:
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require a longer delivery time. But often the case, usually if you live within the north-east QLD area, you can get your package within 1 – 2 business days.
 
Tracking:
If tracking is included for your item, once you have provided us with your email and finalised your payment, an email with your tracking number will be sent out to you. Please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Note, tracking can sometimes be unavailable until 24 hours after dispatch.
 
Express:
If you would like to use express delivery, we can provide just so. During checkout you will see an express delivery option, just select and go!
 
Damages:
In the very rare case your item has been damaged during delivery, we request you to immediately take pictures of damaged area and the damaged box and send them to our email address at: PintagoGuitarsAndGear@gmail.com with your purchase receipt and tracking number. Once damages have been disputed and compensated with the courier you may send your item back, free of charge, and have and new one sent at no extra cost.
 
Packaging:
Your guitars and gear will packed snugly and securely, wrapped in plastics, bubble wrappings and in the soft case that your guitar most likely comes with. Along with a thick guitar box all protected and secured with tape and fragile stickers for extra assurance
